Molina Healthcare of California gave contract to Secure Transportation a few years ago to transport Molina patients to their appointments. The service was good for the first year. But, after a year or so, this company became rude and unprofessional in treating their patients, probably due to it's cheap labor forces.

My last experience using their transportation service involved a citizen's arrest of myself by the driver who filed a "False Police Report" resulting in not only missed my X-ray appointment but given an "Assault & Battery" charge ticket when the young lady driver walked out of the car on a rural highway. The court dismissed the charges as soon as I appeared on the court date.

The driver nor her employer, Gates Transportation LLC, who was hired by Secure Transportation Company apologized for the incident, saying that driver no longer work for them.

Now, I need to know the driver, Erica's last name to make a (Federal & State) crime report but no help from the companies.
