Do not go to this store -- or deal with Ivan, the cashier supervisor, as well as the store supervisor. They both lack customer service skills but Ivan is a rude, arrogant, lazy, prejudice individual and should really be reevaluated for his position.



I've dealt with nice staff there before, being a long term customer. But Ivan and the store supervisor made this experience horrible.



I would suggest you visit another store, as the other user indicated, to avoid being treated badly and to save yourself from wasting your valuable time.

Don't bother going, the employees are rude and don't take the time of day to try to help you out and save money. I love Kohl's because of their amazing deals and coupons that is how they keep me coming back I usually go to the one in La Habra where the people are nice and friendly and if you ever forget your coupon they find a way to find you another one to save you money, I love the employees at the La habra location they are nice and friendly and they keep me going back. I constantly get emails saying that you will AUTOMATICALLY SAVE 15% for just simply using your Kohl's charge the La habra location sticks to this, the whittier doesn't care about the email and if you forget your coupon your screwed! Literally without coupons Kohl's can be very expensive specially if you shop there as much as I do. So I would recommend you stay away from the Whittier location and for an extra 10 minute drive just drive to the La habra location for friendlier service and more ways to save yourself money.
