I have been living at the Cliffs for many years now, and everything was good until some other company bought the complex a year and a half ago. There has been many managers that installed and moved away in only a couple of months, after that change. If you are looking for a calm place look somewhere else. Children run around the complex unsupervised 24/7, it gets very loud and crowdy during weekends, manager doesnt inforce common sense rules and doesnt maintain the place clean. Also on summer you cant stay on the second floor at all. The ceiling is not insulated and during summertime the hot temperature is unbearable. You cant even use a portable ac because the electrical wiring is old and cant keep up with the wattage needed for an extra ac ( the fuse box switch will turn the electricity off ). Same in winter if you use a heater with a hair dryer at the same time. Parking is very scarce too.

Only thing thats good about this place is that you get a 2 floor apartment, with a big sized main bedroom, 1 and 1/2 baths and a patio, at a not expensive price ( not cheap either ).

Pros: Nice apartment.

Cons: Everything around the apartment.

The second floor becoming hell on summer.
