Great service, responsible, reliable, and personalized for just what we need. Been taking care of the Cats (sometimes seems they to prefer Minerva to us!) for 15 years. Always available when even last-minute get-aways arise. Couldn't vacation without Two Paws Up.

Our 3-four leggers have had the pleasure of Two Paws Up services since 2011. They continue to have a weekly walk and we've used their services for an overnight and up to two weeks. Two Paws Up! took excellent care of them: feeding, medication, etc., Our 50lb Turtle and Fish were also feed and loved while we were away. I completely trust Minerva in our home without hesitation. One of our little guys isn't walking so well these days due to arthritis...Two Paws Up! takes extra time to give him love and hugs before heading out with our other two 4-leggers.

My personal experience has shown that placing a dog somewhere with a random "babysitter" for an extended period (like for a 2 week vacation) is not always the best option, whether it is at a professional boarding facility or a friend's home. Our 1st dog was blind and deaf (imagine how scary it would be at an unfamiliar location). Our rescue dog seemed to have been traumatized before we got him; very fearful of being caged and still needs the security and consistency of being at home. We have known Minerva for more than 10 years. Although we have come to consider her a friend, I am writing this so that people will know that she is a wonderful pet sitter (I'm not just saying that because we love her!). In other words, I would recommend Minerva to my own family. She takes care of our dog, fish, plants, mail, and house when we are away; as if they were her own. What else could you ask for? She partners with us and our next door neighbor before and during our trips so that we don't have to worry when we are on vacation. Minerva is reliable, honest, and thorough. No hang-ups, no ego (she is comfortable with my neighbor also visiting our dog and taking him for the night). She is kind and loving to animals and people around her. It is obvious that this is not just a job to her! Your pets will sense it. Minerva cared for our 1st dog for many years, more often when he got older. She was sensitive to his needs and was so very good to him and careful with him, especially with his medication. Now that we have our rescue dog, who has been rather insecure, Minerva is making it possible for us to take trips knowing that he is in wonderful hands (not making him feel like he has been abandoned again). It ends up being a vacation for him too!

Minerva has the most loving and compassionate heart for animals! She has taken care of my mother's cats as well as my own families dogs for over 15 years. We know that our pets are in great hands when she watches them. Not only does she feed and water the pets, she also brings in your mail and plays with the pets in the backyard….a real treat for our dogs when we are out of town. She leaves a daily report on how the pets did with her as well. We are so thankful for the devotion and concern she has for not only us, but especially for our pets. A+ service!
