I had a minor accident and used Big Daddy's Wrecker to tow my vehicle. They took the keys so they could put the car in neutral, park, and use the e-brake. The dealership called me as soon as Big Daddy's delivered my car and asked me for my cars. I explained that the wrcker company had them. They said they would contact them for me. The dealership called me the next day and stated that Big Daddy's simply stated that they did not have the keys and got rude on the phone. I called Big Daddy's and asked about my keys. They said they would look into it and call me back. They never called. I called them back after I heard my car was ready and they stated that they didn't have the keys and got a little rude with me. It wouldn't be a big deal except the keys have a chip in them so they cost over $200. I definately recommend using a different towing service.
