After bluntly asking the owner if I could return a pair of 60.00 flip flops if the they didnt work out she told me yes it would be no problem. The next day when I went to return them because they didn't work out she said I couldn't get it back and only merchandise credit. I told her she should of explained that to me when I asked and her response exactly was "I don't usually have to tell my customers because they shop here all the time". She obviously doesn't care about new customers and building a client list. She lied and deceived to build her sales for one day. As I was letting her know I would be disputing the transaction she called mall security on me because I apparently was being "irate and disrupting customers shopping experience". I didn't once raise my voice or yell. I calmly explained what the plans were and I even offered her her merchandise back because I will be disputing the transaction. Mall security couldn't do anything because nothing had happened. I work in the mall so i understood what is acceptable and inappropriate in a business. Infact the security gaurd recognized me from my store. The lady who owned this store thinks she can stay afloat with her "frequent customers" she had now and doesn't seem to care what and how she treats new customers. What a waste of space in the mall. Worst store ever! I did contact the BBB to report their policy that they lack explanation of!
