Possibly the worst experience with a title company ever. I've bought many properties across the country, and this agency is the worst I've worked with. I've heard nothing but excuses as to why it is taking so long to get me the title work. I was supposed to close a week ago, and the only time I hear from them is when I ask them what the hold up is. There's not one person assigned to the file, and everyone blames someone or something else for it taking so long. The property is owned outright, I should be able to close in 4 days, and it's been 12 days and still not even a prelim.
