Never have any problems. My child loves to go to the dentist. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. My daughter has been going to Kool Smiles since she was 6 months old and she is now seven.

They treated my kids amazing! The only thing I didn't like was all the confirmation emails and calls. I confirmed every single time.

Friendly, knowledgeable front office staff. Dental hygienist was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. I had a cleaning, X-rays and had to have a crown put on. My dentist was Dr. Patel, he did an amazing job! I'll definitely go there again.

This was my first visit with Kool Smiles. I woke up with terrible pain in one tooth. Called and got in immediately. They were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Took care of my tooth to my satisfaction. I will be returning with ny whole family.

I'm new to the area I must say I'm very pleased with the service provided the dental assistants are so kind and friendly made the process smooth for both my son and I. Dr. Patrick is such a good dentist made my son feel comfortable when extracting his tooth

Dr. Hsu and April were absolutely amazing! Quite possibly the best help I have ever received! My daughter stayed so calm and collected during the procedure because of how wonderful they were!

I love this place. They do such a great job, and they are so amazing with my kids. I would recommend any and everyone to go here.

Great.! Dr. Ali, Sierra B, Odette & Suzy were extremely helpful and efficient. They made my son & I feel comfortable, & they have the best prices in town.

My son's second time at the dentist. Both times my son wasn't very cooperative but Dr Patrick and Teri were very patient, helpful and understanding. Suzy and Sierra B were also very helpful from the time I walked in til we walked out. Both knew the answer to all of my questions. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Can't wait until our next appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Patrick, she is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable. Great with kids! I even use her as my dentist because I trust her so much! We've using her for over a year as our primary dentist. I also prefer her assistant April Smith. They are a great team, and always get things done.

I have taken one son there 3 times. Twice the wait was an hour to see the doctor and the third was half an hour. I brought my 15 month old there, waited 30 minute and decided I'd finally had enough. I'm not sure why it took 4 appointments for me to decide to never go back but that's it. The atmosphere is like an assembly line with the hygienist going from one child to the next while the others sit, watch and wait. The only positive is that once the doctors show up they have all been good with my child. But I'm sure there are other dentists in the area that are good with children. I will never take my children back and I would never recommend this corporate dental practice.

Dr. Hsu and his assistant April did am excellent job today with my son. He is 5 and they talked with him and helped him through the procedure great.

Both times so far have been a great experience! Staff is amazing w my son!! They are so kind and both times I get in and out quick definitely get called back fast!!

My daughter had her first appointment there yesterday , a consultation to extract wisdom teeth . She saw Dr Patrick and they were awesome , the Dr and nurse both ! I will be switching all of her dental care to this Dr she is excellent and compassionate .

From the receptionist to the dentist everyone has a great attitude all my kids are seen in the same day now im a patient and love it!

Always a great trip! Always able to get all my kiddos in at 1 time and if there's an issue fixed in same day!!! Willing to work with me and great with kiddos... 2 thumbs up!!! See ya next time!!!

My kids enjoyed their visit. The staff made it fun for my little ones. We had a few procedures that we should have made a separate appointment for but the staff at Kool Smiles gladly did the procedures there right then since we drove an hour to get there. Well worth the drive. My kids want to go back even after getting fillings and caps!!

Great staff! Everyone is always so nice. They do a good job making my son comfortable.

I hate bringing my kids here. There's always an extremely long wait and after they call you back to the room you Waite even longer. Nobody says hi how are you, no warm welcome, no nothing. One time I came and waited 2 1/2 hours before being seen cause they only had one dr available. There under staffed and unfriendly.. This lady told me just about everything I was doing wrong and never smiled or talked to my kids or anything.. I'm looking for new dentist asap!
