this is my florist. Love how țhey do floral arrangements together. staff are very nice and friendly.

After searching high and low for a certain Teleflora arrangement, and getting "no, we don't carry that" answers, or unfriendly answering service operators, another florist in Wichita Falls (Bonnie's Bouquets, not a Teleflora dealer) directed me to Mystic Floral for my needs. Mystic Floral is obviously home-owned and my call was promptly answered and they told me they indeed had the special Easter Teleflora arrangement that I had been looking for. They were prompt, courteous, and best of all, I didn't get stuck with the "national order line" from someone who didn't even know the area around Wichita Falls where I needed to have the arrangement delivered. Thanks, Mystic Floral, for your reliable, courteous, down-home, no-nonsense customer service, and I will pass the word along to others. I am confident that my important order will be delivered correctly and on-time to my friend.
