OFF AFTER A PROCEDURE - NOTHING DONE - SO A HISTORY OF ABANDONMENT - - - A letter sent NOV 28th 2016 -
and not giving the 30 day - Now my disability - pain - i'll be going throgh withdraws on the 8th of dec...
EXAMPLE: of my Disability medical problems - and anybody who dares - to say i'm a drug addict - fine -
The Consitution says - judged by my piers - and my piers are - you being hit with a dropping drill pipe -
Thats if you live through it...
Abandonment is the legal term for terminating the physician-patient relationship in such a manner
that the patient is denied necessary medical care. This should always be avoided. The legal liability
becomes significant when the patient is injured by the failure to receive medical care. Abandonment
can be intentional or inadvertent. Intentional abandonment is legally riskier because a jury may
choose to award punitive damages as punishment for intentionally putting a patient's health at risk.

Incredibly unprofessional,i received other patients prescriptions, wrong prescriptions and viewed open laptops of other patients files,it amazes me that the AMA or DEA hasn't shut this pill mill down.

This clinic is under staffed. ...

This clinic is under staffed. They never answer their phones, nor do they do a very good job of returning calls. I was pressured into taking an injection that had not done nothing for relief before, but was a huge bill to pay for nothing gained. The P.A. that was my case worker was the rudest person I have known in the health industry. My advise is to seek a different clinic if possible. In closing I would like to add, there are some very good and caring people at APM but there are some that need to do a real self evaluation of themselves. You put a stain on the good ones.

Every since the doctors in Haysville were arrested, there has been a knee jerk reaction towards pain management, your options now are very lmited and the places who provide this service know this.I only actually saw a doctor once in the three years i was with Advanced Pain,it was always a nurse i saw,the staff is constantly messing up scripts and i even saw an open laptop with another patients files for all to see,i was sent out with the wrong scripts on a few occasions and their billing practices are unethical to say the least.

Poor Service

He sad I owed His office 89.95 amnd I was going to go get the money at my bank and pay him and his office refused to see and took me off my pain meds that day and refused to see me again and I asked to talk to him and they refused to see me. I've never missed paying him and they would not work nothing out. Now I am in the process of going to the Better Business Bureau and making a complaint of his business practices and getting a hold of the Medical Board with his bad business practices.
