If you need internet- don't stay here- (not always nice when u call to reset and has been completely down 3 weeks in our less than 2 month stay and others who have stayed in past and returned said they have always had the worst service)- may be moving at end of this paid time...read all the restrictions before you sign the agreement. A lot of conditions and no shade. Cannot have a canvas screen room. Very nice about dogs. Except for the internet service, really a nice place. Do wish had some shade. Never had any problems with anyone in park. Nice, quiet, clean and well located. Electric ran about $150/ month in May. nice bathrooms but either the workers get ready in women's and uses hairspray or a guest and floor really sticky.

This is a very nice park, streets and pads are concrete with grass at each site. Very quiet and has plenty of lighting. Cable is free and they will have WiFi within a couple of weeks. All new facilities so the bathrooms and showers are brand new and clean. Very easy access and friendly staff. I would stay here any time I am in town.
