Loved the service! Remote start was done in the same day and while I was there they were able to put tint on the windows. Best choice I've ever made for my car!

Wonderful people to work with. I had my car tinted and a remote start installed. The tint looks good and I can't wait to use the remote start this winter.

Buyer BEWARE! “NO SATISFACTION GUARNTEED”

I had Alta Mere attempt to tint my windows on 1/29/11.When I got there I looked at the drivers door and both of the exterior glasses had an oily sheen.. I had a tissue in my pocket so I wiped it a little bit and it looked ok under it.. I was kind of pressed for time so I went in and paid. When I got in the truck and went to turn I couldn't see through the passenger window, I flipped around and went back into the store, upon closer inspection it was very clear that there was dirt and old adhesive behind the new tint... I went in and told the lady behind the counter and she sent the tech out. He looked at and said well its probably dirt and shrugged his shoulders. I said it looks like old a adhesive too. he said your probably right and walked off.. I went inside and told the lady and she came out and looked and said that’s unacceptable... and asked when I could come back I said that It wasn’t convenient for me to come back anytime soon and that I couldn’t drive around with a blurry windows.. so she said that she would have them redue it.. We let me tell you, that was like sending a steak back to the grill at a buffet... They did a little better job but I'm still going to have to have them redone.. But the worst of it is I would bet a kidney that they dented my driver’s door... I could hear them cussing and slamming my doors, needless to say I have 50k dollar pick-up with two poorly tinted windows and a dented door.. Thanks to Alta Mere...I informed the owner and he told me that he would have a talk with his help.. so I guess that took care of the "customer satisfaction guaranteed" commitment.. It was a horrible customer experience and I would be afraid to take anything I owned back. I filed a complaint with the BBB and owner promised to return my money on the tint job, said they were not responsible for damage to the door... 4 months later no money. no satisfaction.
