I went to the business on Wednesday; they claimed that they did not have any of the monitors for an overnight oxygen level observation at that location, & that it would have to be delivered. It was to be delivered the next day; it wasn't. Then the NEXT day; it wasn't. Finally got it delivered the 3rd day. After completing the test & calling for them to pick the unit up, they have called every day of this week to say that they would be by to pick it up. On the 2nd no-show day, I called & asked where it needed to go, so I could deliver it myself. It was the original place that told me they didn't have any there. (steam out my ears!) They said they would notify the service that I brought it in & they wouldn't need to pick it up; however, Thursday, they came to pick it up, 2 days after I had taken it in myself. They were never unpleasant in any way; however, in that business, I have to say that I think competence is a must, & being nice doesn't make up for the lack of same.
