Manager Steve makes excuses for everything, is rude, curses,screams and hangs up on customers if he don't like what he hears...the driver we delt w John is NOT professional at all...he never called us to keep us up to date on anything we had to do the calling...we called the company to have our RV towed from El Dorado, KS to Paola, KS which is a 2 1/2hr drive plus hook up we were figuring it would be about a 4 hr job...OH HELL NO!!!! It took 13 hours and tons of excuses to get our RV here...Hope they enjoy our $1101.12 :-(

If I could I would rate them a zero! My car was stuck in a snow drift, low on gas and battery died because had been driving with the hazard lights during the snow/fleet storm. Arrow Towing came about, jump started my car, turned off the ignition, pulled my car a couple feet out of the snow drift, charged me $133.00 and left. When I got in my car it still did not start, I tried to wave the guy back but he kept driving. I call his manager who explained they were busy, and instructed me to wait in my car until they could come back (as I watched the guy drive away). I wait several hours, even falling asleep, using my emergency weather supplies to stay warm and hydrated to see that they had called me hrs later at 4am leaving no message. I called them back at 5am, the manager continues to explain they are busy and will come back to continue the service as soon as possible. The gentlemen comes back, pours gas into my tank (gas that I supplied myself), jumped the car and pulled my car a couple feet out of the snow drift. So now im sitting in my car while its running, and you guessed it, charged me $121.00 for the job he didnt finish the first time, and with no concern I had slept in my car all night. I suggest anyone walk for miles before asking this company for any assistance, wish I had.
