Bought a new car for my Wife on her birthday from a certain dealership that was sent to Auto Image to have its windows tinted. Once we received the vehicle we thought the driver's window tint was defective. Auto Image called the dealership and they had me return the vehicle there where they discovered that it was a film on the outside of the window from shipping. They took the vehicle and removed the film, but unbeknownst to us at the time whoever removed the film had scratched the window in the process, which was about 6" in length.

The next day we discovered the scratch on said window. Went back to Auto Image who correctly identified that it was the glass and not the film via photos taken. Auto Image called the dealership about the scratch and the dealership's service manager had the audacity to state that I must have scratched the window and that they were done.

After the call, Auto Image took it upon themselves to not just remove the tint (just in case), but also to buff out the scratch and replace the tint, all at no charge. Once done, everything was PERFECT.

We were so impressed with just how much they cared about their customers, my Wife and took our SUV to Auto Image to have the paint correction and ceramic coating processes done, windshield eyebrow tint applied and new rear door seals installed. Again, since the work done turned out PERFECT, we took our new vehicle to them for the ceramic coating process as well.

Now, the reason why we decided to keep the SUV and NOT trade it in at the aforementioned dealership was because of how they responded to the driver's window situation on my Wife's new car. Hence, they missed out on selling us a new SUV.

BTW: It was Michael at Auto Image who took care of us on both vehicles. Therefore, we highly recommend Auto Image. And if we need any further vehicle services along their areas of expertise, they will automatically have our business again, period.

I had some paint stains, actually hardened Gel Coat on the front leather drivers seat of my 2009 Infinity G37 Sedan. I tried scraping them off with a sharp knife but did more harm than good. Then I tried removing a particularly stubborn piece using Acetone, that left a bigger stain that I couldn't remove. After taking to Auto Image in Wichita, it looks BRAND NEW, way better than I had expected. AWESOME JOB!!! They repaired the places where I scraped the leather and left voids. Now it's perfectly smooth and matches PERFECT. Very professional.

I am impressed with these guys work . I had a remote start put on my wife’s car 2 years ago . And they did a awesome job. Going into today to have one put one my car . Kudos to these guys .

Shop claimed to be able to match front window tint to rear windows of my vehicle. Installed tint does not match. Owner says it is not his fault the shop can't match windows made in Japan - strange since this was the promised service. It's even written on the receipt: "2 frt window tint to match".

Recommendation: Find a different shop.

Went and had my door dings hail damage and some bumper damage done and they did a awesome job for a awesome price will definitely be coming back if I get more damage...

I have a rare back glass that I took to two different places. The first ended up saying they cant do it and the second said it couldnt be done in one piece and offered to 2 piece it. Auto image not only did it in one piece, they had it done a few hours after dropping it off. I wish I would have taken it to them first. Great service and super friendly staff. Thanks again!

Auto Image...LOL! Unfortunately I took my vehicle here for a good Interior cleaning and all they did was steal $89 plus tax. Their interior cleaning reads like something awesome and I swear they just vacuumed my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle and the same seat stain that I told them about was still there. Excuses started flying and I had to leave my vehicle another day, for what? who knows??? They basically did barely nothing to clean the inside of my car and fro $89 plus tax and you would expect big difference for that type of MULA. My friends do yourself a favor and use those $89 plus tax on yourself, wife, or kids...and then take some time to do it yourself!!! I feel bad for those who get the full detail worth $300 plus tax. Auto Image SUCKS...

Best personal one on one experience, not only with the front salesman but with the owner himself doesn't happen very often now days!

I have used Auto Image for all my new car window tinting and all of my hail damage repair for the last 10 years or more with great satisfaction. I know why most all dealerships in Wichita and the surrounding area also choose to use Auto Image for their car repair needs. Brad & Matt strive to be the best in the business and they have the business to prove it. Drive by their business some time. I have and will continue to send all my family and friends to them for their car needs.

I took my Porsche into Auto Image to have the windows tinted and a clear bra applied to the front bumper and hood. The tint job looked awesome and now no more worrying about rock chips. They did an outstanding job and I will be taking any future vehicles to Auto Image. The staff was very helpful and professional!
