I have used them three times now. Each time were pretty serious problems. Josh came out two times, figured out what was needed and fixed it quickly. I don't remember the other guys name because it was so long ago, but he installed a new garbage disposal and I have never had a problem with it for years now. I highly recommend this company. They work to get you taken care of quickly and their work is excellent

Brian was very savvy about things and found a way to get the job done without having to cut the wall. He was very knowledgeable about older houses. But the office should have called me to let me know that he would be about 30 minutes late because of an office meeting. Also the initial estimate was badly underestimated as to the real scope of work.

He completed thexwork in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous. I had never used their services before. I would highly recommend them and will call on them again if needed.

Colin was efficient and very professional. I highly recommend their service if you need help with a plumbing problem. He explained what he did and provided pictures for future reference. I am happy with the job that was done.

Used them once but never again. Called them out for a simple sewer cleaning and since it was our first time having it done didnt know what to expect. Ended up charging us $360 just for a sewer line rotor that took 20 mins. then they tried to talk me into a $3000 job to replace the whole system. Found others to do the cleaning for less than half the price. Overcharging like crazy.

Nice professional young men. I own a commercial general contracting company, and was way too busy to mess with replacing my hot water heater, and let me tell you, these are good hands (workers). This is not your bargain basement deal, this is top service. If you want a good job with no hassles you can't go wrong here. The little things I know to notice as a GC were there. If you want the dodgy joe-pickup cheap deal, which may or may not work out, don't call here.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Wichita came and did a little work on my water heater that is still under warranty today. I love that I can trust them to come into my home and do work even when I am not home. I also appreciate the fact that they are neat, always wearing shoe covers when they are walking inside my house. The last thing I want to say is that the technician wrote me a note that while he was waiting to make sure the water heater would stay lit for 30 mins, he noticed that my air filter to my AC might need to be replaced as it was getting a little dirty. Haha! I LOVED that!

I called Benjamin Franklin today after my water heater shot craps yesterday and they caught my attention with a sticker on the front of my Wichita Eagle this morning. The two gentleman arrived on time and conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner. However, I was stunned when after informing me that it was a fairly simple and routine installation they then proceeded to tell me that the cost of replacing my water tank was $1800!!! (I had asked the receptionist I spoke to on the phone what the cost might be, but she declined to give even a cursory estimate even though the plumbers who arrived had a laminated pricing chart with them.) I thought this sounded excessive and decided to check around before committing. After calling 3 other reputable plumbers I was quoted a total cost of product and installation ranging from $825 to $925. I'm sure Benjamin Franklin probably does good work, but I can't imagine that they are worth twice what everybody else is charging for the same job.



I would shop around before using their services.

Beware! They will try to take you for every penny you have! They tried to tell me my sewer line was likely collapsed and quoted me $11,000 to reroute it. I had someone else come out and he came up with an alternate solution at a fraction of that cost. It turns out my line was completely intact (city inspector verified). Their employees are usually friendly and knowledgeable but don't be fooled--they obviously get commission, bonuses or some kind of kickback for the work they talk you into. I only gave a one star review because the program wouldn't let me leave it at 0.

They are always on time. Their prices are right and their work is superior. I know when I call them that I will get the job done right the first time every time.

Jaime and Taylor came out to my house right on time today! I was so impressed with their service! They put on shoe covers when they came into the house and were very polite and friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They are trustworthy and honest with their prices and their work. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great to work with from the second I called them! They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. They were also very honest with me about what solutions I should take to have my problem fixed. Their prices were very affordable. They came promptly and then proceeded to give me an estimate of $950 to replace a damaged shower valve. I sent them packing and got the job done by another plumber for $155.00
