Provided by YPmobileThe first two visits were great. But on the second one they failed to fix a tire properly which lead me to thinking I had something stuck in my tire creating the slow leak. Unfortunatly hard times happen, and I had to just keep refilling the tire till I could afford to have it patched up. I had someone check it out and come to find Bosleys didn't set the tire correctly and hence the slow leak. I took it back and asked that they fix the issue they created for free or at a discount and instead I was met with disrespect, public humiliation, and a nasty sarcastic and degrading attitude. It seems as soon as they screw up they do not want to fix the issue. I have happily taken my hard earned money and loyal buisness elsewhere and can now understand all the bad reviews. Customers beware.

Provided by YP.comI went in for the Michelin tire special and the store was busy. The salesman was real with me and told me it would likely take two hours. It was nice to know it would take a while so I could find another ride while the work was getting done. They also had wifi so I was able to play on my phone while I was waiting for someone to come pick me up.

Provided by YP.comOn my way through town, I came to Bosley's to have my wheel bearings replaced. They quoted me a great price so I brought my car in the next morning. It only took them a couple of hours and I was able to pick it up the same day. I left town and not too long down the road I had to stop because something was not right. I take my car to Sears and the mechanic there told me my left bearing was bad. I took it to another shop in town and they said Bosley's didn't put the left wheel bearing in properly. Bosley's offered to pay for *some* of the cost, and to be refunded back on my card. I was told they used inferior parts and improperly installed the wheel bearing and improperly put the wheel back on the car. So I head down the road again, only to still find something not right. I had to have my car towed back to town because it was driving worse than ever. I took it to another shop where they told me that now the right side bearing was bad. And Bosley's didn't offer to pay for any of that. In all, it cost me three(3) times as much for my repairs, and Bosley's barely covered a fraction of it. It took me a month to finally get them to pay what they said they were going to pay for, because they somehow conveniently forgot to send it through. But not only did it cost me three(3) times as much for their terrible service, I had to spend more money to stay in hotels and lose thousands of dollars in business because I was not able to return to my job. Bosley's Tire and Wheel at 3948 S Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67216, literally improperly replaced my wheel bearings causing my wheels to literally fall off my car. I still have yet to see the pathetic excuse of monetary compensation for their horrendous service. I literally lost $7,000 in one week because of Bosley's Tire and Wheel at 3948 S Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67216. I'm now broke for three(3) months.

Provided by YP.comVery poor customer service. After specifically asking they be careful with my wheels they ended up scratched. Also ended up putting on a different set of tires on my car then the tires that were originally shown to me. Then after a week of bein givin the run around they told me those were the tires i was shown and told me to lawyer up. Horrible buisness and practices for a shop that promotes christian values and good morals in the form of literature around the show room. Bait and switch tactics here. Stay far away

Provided by YPmobileBosley sucks. went there to get new tires and told them to put the best tires they had so my wife wouldn't have problems with it while I was deployed, she got a flat tire and when she went to get a new one a at different shop they weren't able to give her the same tire because they were cheap ones that nobody carried any more. also they replaced that sensors on the tires because it was necessary and they didn't even put them in the correct tires. they also did an alignment which didn't help much because it was still pulling to the side. worst experience ever!

Provided by YP.comNever go to Bosley Tires. I had 2 nails in my tire and i went there to see if 1) the nails had made it through the tread into the tire or not, 2)i went to see if it could be patched if the nail(s) went through, 3) buy a new one if the hole or placement thereof was really bad.
This is what i got, they came back and told me that i had to replace the tire because of where one of the holes was, they said that they were going to sell me a Michelin tire that was the same as the old one cheap. When i went in there i told them i wanted to see the hole so that i can know how bad it really was, and that i wanted a bubble test done on the hole to verify it had went through the tread into the tire, they said yes they would do that. They told me they would tell me when they were ready to help me.
Then they got me and told me my tire was ready.... I said what about the test i wanted to see done and what about me seeing the hole in the tire. We it took me complaining a bit for the sales person to go back and get my old tire, he tried to show me the hole but no one could find it.... Then they had me pay then i went and saw what i got was a Mastercraft tire (cheap version of a cooper tire), I told him that the tire is not a Michelin the sales guy was all it's the same size. I then drove the car for about a mile noticing the difference on how the tire made me feel like it was wobbling. Then i took it back and complained until i got to speech to a manager who refunded my money and had them give me back my old tire.
Well now i am riding on donut...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Sunday i went over to my uncles and he pulled out the nails and filled the tire with air and he put soap in the holes and guess what no bubbles, the nails did not make it through the tread, my tire is still perfectly good. Now I have to take the tire someplace and pay them to balance my tire and mount it.
