Well went to cabelas for a black friday sale. They had a traeger grill on sale. They were out in the store and said it could be ordered or purchased on line. We tried to order it at the store but there computers were all down. So got the Cabelas card and then went home and ordered it. It didn't arrive. So contacted Cabelas and they said it had been delivered. So called ups to see if it was delivered to wrong house they spent a bunch of time to figure out they had never received it, So called Cabelas back they said actually that the order had been canceled because they didn't have enough in stock. They will not make good on this grill and said that we can buy the new one coming out but it is $200 more. We have already paid $600 so $800 is just ridiculous! This is False advertising. The ad didn't say while supplies last or limited number. This has been a disaster all the way around! The Customer does not come first there.



UPDATE: Local store made good on what the company wouldn't so bumping my rating up. Store is good corporate is not so much on the up and up. Still be cautious when shopping online with Cabelas
