#1 -It's a shame. Carrington was right on the brink of becoming an excellent facility but they blew it. They had a AWFUL nursing director who quit which was such a blessing because Erin was hired. I visit a ton of facilities and she was by far the best! She catered to the residents needs in any way possible. There were many residents who didn't even bother going to the director because it wouldn't do any good. Erin had every single resident comfortable enough to come to her with anything. Generally when I arrived, no matter what time of day, there would be several residents lined up. I loved hearing her talk to the residents. After the couple months Erin was director, that place did a total 180. Everyone noticed it. Residents were so happy and secure. The admin and head management went to the facility to greet Erin in person and to compliment the amazing job she was doing. The next day, that bitchy corporate nurse came and fired Erin.
