I would highly recommend Colettes Catering for any catered dinner. My husband and I used her for our wedding and the food was delicious. We had an Italian buffet and i had not one complaint about the food. Colette and her staff had us all set up and were so nice!

I recommend Colette every chance I get. From appetizer's to desserts and everything in-between. From very casual gatherings to the most elegant of occasion's, Colette has the experience you count on. If I remember correctly - she is the only game in town that is both Owner and Certified Executive Chef in the State Of Kansas.



There are not enough words to describe Colette's culinary expertise! The best in every way. Taste. Texture. Visually. Price. Here it is - Colette know's her business. From the beginning (when you have no idea how to describe what you want) to the scrumptious ending when everyone in the room can't speak and you only hear the various sounds that describe mmmm, mmmm, mmmmm. My tastebuds have been the recipient of many of her delectable dishes. If you want the best - here you go. She has done it all and now she does what she wants =] Very Well I might add.
