I first found CCCS through their website www.kscccs.org where I was able to submit all my information to them electronically. I was called back the same day and was able to set up an appointment within just a couple of days. The credit counselor was really nice and I got some great advice; I've now been on my debt management plan for 6 months and I'm making some real progress towards paying off my debt.
