Very happy with my service. I get to watch free movies and other channels with little or no commercials.

I have been experiencing what is known as tiling (where the screen freezes and becomes distorted) on my tv for over one and a half years now. Cox Communications has been out to my home OVER 30 TIMES to try and fix this problem, never once establishing "user error". Each time they come I am trapped like a prisoner in my own home so strangers can come in and out my house "fixing" this problem. Then when I asked to be compensated for my time Cox will offer some $3 a day discount, which is nothing compared to all the phone hold times, strangers coming in my home, having to rearrange my entire schedule to make sure I am home when they arrive, and has made hosting friends/family for tv events a nightmare. I have dealt with numerous managers including Perla Rodriguez, Jon Lane, and Ray Alvarez. They have all promised me they would get it fixed but it seems the buck just keep getting passed & I'm stuck paying an average of $150/month for a bundle that doesn't even work.
