- The primary purpose of the Wichita Center for the Arts Creative Child Center Preschool is to provide a stimulating and developmentally appropriate discipline-based arts education curriculum. Young children participating in the the program will gain a basic understanding of aesthetics, criticism, history and the creative process related to various art forms including performing arts, music, and visual arts. This learning is a foundation of understanding what it means to live productively and meaningfully in the world.
