Hi. My husband loves Dairy Queen, so as you can imagine, we eat there quite frequently. The food has been good, but the customer service is awful. If we go inside, it takes at least 5-10 minutes just to get an order, even when they're not busy- people just keep walking back and forth. The last time we went, two girls had an argument about who had to take our order. Tonight, the drive-thru operator couldn't get our order right, which is understandable through those speakers. However, the girl operating the window was incredibly rude, never greeted us, and then dropped my credit card outside the window. I understand, this happens, but she never said, "I'm sorry," just "Your card fell." She then slammed the window shut until our food was thrust at us through the window. Once we got home, the french fries are so salty that no one can eat them, not even my dogs. My husband's sandwich was completely cold- the meat room temperature, the bun stiff and cold. I can assure you that we will NEVER return to this store.
