I took the car the other day to them to fix the door cable (door was not opening from inside). They had it fixed and when I got home I realized I can't lock the door using the key anymore. So I had it back to them asking nicely to see what is the cause and if they can fix it. The guy just got infuriated and tried to remove the door cable and leave it as is used to be. When asked the reason, he said you're saying that we broke the door lock and that's how we solve it. He said they had nothing to do with the lock, it was broken before and I am lying! Then the manager jumped in, left the labor cost I had paid in the car without trying to resolve anything. I gave the money back since I was not looking for a refund. It was the most surprising, irrational, and disrespectful experience I could expect. I have heard about their good service and now I would say, don't take your car there otherwise you have to pay for something they break.

Its very hard this days to find honest and trustworthy people. Dao is among that dying breed. I thought i would spend a lot in fixing my car but as soon as they checked it, they told me the estimate and expected time for repair, sure enough they fixed it and i had time to rush to Junction city without a glitch. Thanks a lot Guys.
