I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I was sold a couple lightly used tires that after a couple hundred miles developed cracks in the side. I was in the process of moving, and was not able to return (I asked when I purchased the tires if there was any kind of warrantee, and the receptionist just told me to “let them know” if there was a problem). I called to let them know that the tires were cracked, and the same receptionist asked me to return so they could look. I explained that I was stranded out of town, and she said she would send me a check with a refund if I texted my address to her. I did, and also sent a picture of one of the tires. I had to wait for new tires to be shipped to the town I was in (so also racking up hotel costs) for two days while I waited for new tires (my car has very small tires). The auto shop I took my car to there verified that my tires were shot and replaced them (which I paid double what I paid at D’s for). I returned to Wichita this weekend, saw I didn’t have a check, and called again. That same receptionist told me that I actually would need to bring the tires in. I explained that I couldn’t because they were in Oklahoma where they were changed (as I was moving, I also didn’t have room in my car for tires). She said I needed to come in and talk to the manager.
I did, and he was incredibly difficult. He refused to refund me because I didn’t bring the tires back in with me, and said he only way I would get a refund would be by going back to the auto shop where I got my tires changed, picking them up, and bringing them back in. He refused to listen to reason, didn’t want to see any other means of proof I had that the tires were faulty, and when I said I wouldn’t walk away until the situation was resolved, he said “stay here all day - I’m never giving your money back.” He also threw his poor receptionist under the bus.

please, everyone, save yourself the time and hassle and go literally anywhere else for tires.

Called, they gave me the choice of 4 different tire makers, drove over and they went to work right away. Very reasonable prices on new tires and a buddy came in while I was there and got 4 decent used tires for $25 a piece.

These guys have a basic operation but don't let the looks of the place scare you away. Their service is professional and pomp and the price and selection is right on used tires.

I recently purchased 2 tires from Davids tires, after asking the service tech if they were comfortable, and had the right equipment to work on powder coated wheels with low profile tires he assured me they could do it, they took off coating down to bare metal on both wheels around the lip, all around. The owner " David" was not concerned about my complaint and offered no help or even an apology, I will NEVER come back and will tell anyone and everyone i can to not shop there. Very POOR service, F MINUS for sure!
