I have a brand new manufactured home that had an overloaded circuit. Their guy came in and put the excess outlets that were on that circuit on separate breakers for me. They even put an accessible switch on the outlet that I have my under the house heat tape plugged in to so I don't have to crawl under the house to plug it in or unplug it. The job came in right at the estimate, and the work was completed in less than a day.

Called Decker Electric to solve an issue with my breaker panel. They made sure they fixed it right and was great at communicating with me. Will definitely use them again!

I have been worried about my outside service line for a long time. The line has been sinking a little bit each year and the pressure actually pulled apart the external conduit fittings. Now we are about to sell the house and I knew it wouldn't pass inspection and was becoming unsafe. Decker electric reviews caused me to contact them and ask for their help. They sent me Rick Brown this morning and from the moment he arrived I quit worrying. He was extremely professional and efficient. I seldom turn in reviews, but am impelled the to do so for Rick Brown. Even though I'm selling my home here, I also own eighteen rental properties in Wichita and plan to ask the management company to use Decker Electric. The customer service department also kept me well informed. What a great experience. Decker Electric rules!

Decker Electric really cares about their customers. They are very expedient to reply to your needs. After you call them, they send you a postcard saying, Thanks for calling Decker Electric, we hope we met or exceeded your needs.......etc. Customer service is non existent with so many companies today......not Decker Electric. Steve and his staff does a tremendous job!!!!!

Recently had Decker do a lot of electrical work on my home. They did an awesome job. When we called they came within a day or so and immediately started work. Very professional work and fixed our electrical problems. Great customer service which is extremely hard to find these days. Extremely pleased with the outstanding job the guys did!! Will definetely recommend them to anyone and ask them back for future electrical needs!

Decker has a great crew that has helped me througout the years. They are always on time and always finishes the job on time. The have a 24 hour crisis department that has bailed me out many times.
