Provided by YP.comMy son and I were looking for a Tahoe heated seat control on the drivers side door. A mechanic took us out to look at the Tahoe in the yard they had and we verified that it is the right one. Went back in the store front and Barry looked on the computer and pulled out a dusty and dirty control out of a box. He had my credit card running it through the machine while my son was looking it up on his phone and it had the wrong part number. He said it looks different than his. I ask if we could have the one on the Tahoe outside and he said it comes back as the same part. He walked outside because he was so mad at me (probable cursing) came back in and said give me your credit card and I will refund your money. I said can we just have the right part on the Tahoe outside and he said "no, just bring the Tahoe by so we can get the right part and I won't have to keep exchanging parts." So we walked out and I told my son I don't care if I have to pay $150 somewhere else, we are never coming back to this place!! The owner needs to know he could have made a $50 sale plus more repeated trips back but he will never see us again. We went home and bought one on ebay cheaper and I don't have to put up with arrogant Barry!!!

I just wanted my money back because they didn't give me all the right parts that went with the drive shaft I have already bought and paid for... then because I didn't want to buy the part that should have came with it, the "Boss" tells his employee that is helping me, to "just take 25% and give him his money so he can stop wasting our time".... now it's my mission to make sure everyone in Wichita knows how horrible this place is... I don't remember the name of the employee that helped me, but he was a younger kid, and really nice. He said sorry multiple times for his boss. I felt bad for him...

Provided by YPmobileI walked In and heard someone screaming cusing someone out and a guy named Barry was cusing a employee and costumer out. Was told he's manager and that's how he treats his employees calling them retards and p.o.s and much bigger words and manager was wrong about a part and instead of saying sorry or anything he says I dont wanna sale the part to that person he can go else were I dont lil idiots in my store and I have retards working for me well I had a employee come see my bumper and he said that's nothing compared to the way treats other costumers and employees I asked why hasn't anyone complained and was told mike Stevens owns don schmid and tons of costumers and employees has complained but they do nothing about it I cant believe it I wish I had a recorder and was able to post it you would be shocked wouldn't recommend no one to get parts from there....MANAGER BARRY IS A SCUM AND TRASH...mike Stevens car dealer will never get any business from me.
