Provided by SuperpagesDo not use this shop. My car was brought into the shop to replace windshield. They broke most plastic clips fastening cowling to body. When vehicle was driven at highway speed, cowling nearly departed the vehicle. Top metal trim was installed with rubber seal along bottom edge not in contact with surface of windshield allowing rain to cause hidden corrosion, eventual leakage and serious structural damage. I returned vehicle to shop, confronted them with this information. They took vehicle back inside, out of view, instead of making necessary repairs, replacing parts they broke, and installing top trim properly, they used windshield adhesive/sealant to glue cowling to vehicle body. They made no attempt to repair top trim. They lied to me about all this, concealed the fact that they broke numerous plastic fasteners. To repair damage they caused to vehicle, I will have to purchase plastic fasteners and possibly top trim from Toyota dealer at cost of $300.

Provided by SuperpagesI bought a car from K-15 auto (don't EVER go there) the windshield leaked in rain right after I bought it! So they offered to pay for it and made me take it to "their people" Discount Auto Glass. We waited forever in the lobby to have my front windshield replaced and when they brought my car ( a ford focus) back the large tech that had replaced the glass broke my console in the car! Then he denied it! I just pulled the car off the lot the previous day! Also they got the black caulking all over the tan material in the car and did a sloppy job all together. The manager was angry when I came back in to tell him what happened in front of all of the other customers but offered to replace the console. 1.5 months later I got a new console after calling the manager 4 times until it got fixed! DO NOT GO HERE!

Provided by SuperpagesI took my 2010 Nissan frontier to have the front windshield replaced three weeks ago. Not only did they break the molding that was on the truck (and charged me extra to replace it), but they really damaged the front of the dashboard. Then after debating with the worker I gave in a week later and allowed them to have another company "repair" the damage. The "repair" was worse than the original damage! So another week later they attempted to "repair" it again. The "repair didn't even cover the damage at all!!! So I finally had to raise hell just to have Discount auto glass get their insurance involved. Now I am working with their insurance adjuster to have my dashboard replaced. Three weeks later still not a happy customer. Avoid this place!!! It may be cheaper than others, but remember you get what you paid for!!!

Provided by SuperpagesToday March 11, 2010 I had a crack across the front of my windshield, I took it to discount auto glass, i guess the names says it all.. When my car was done I inspected it and noticed that plastic piece was cracked by the hood, i talked to one of the workers which also talked to the tech and said that it was already cracked and that the worker said the tech had to pry which what happens when you pry something.9 times out of 10 will break... So they said they would order part from dealership... They gave me some instructions to care for the window till the glue cures... i followed their instructions and coming home i found that the drivers side molding popped up... The tech didnt glue down the molding all the way donwn on the drivers side.. On top of this he didnt clean up very good after the new window was installed...
