Called the facility 2 hours before taking my daughter to enroll in her first dance class. Filled out the paperwork, paid, then was told the instructor would come introduce herself. But she didn't and then found out the class was full and my daughter and her friend couldn't sign up. So I wasted 45 minutes had to get a refund and had a 3 year old crying as we left because they weren't organized enough to know about their classes and being able to accept new students for that class.
