We had no longer loaded up our furniture when we were informed that the sofa was broken. We were given the option of either taking the sofa off the truck and getting a different one, order a new sofa or use the warranty we purchased with the furniture, which would have required us to lie about how the sofa was damaged. When we agreed to order a new one, the sales person never wrote down the model number or anything to contact us when the new one arrived. He told us it would be anywhere between a week to 4 weeks. We were also told that the only stock they keep on hand is what is on the sales floor, which led us to believe that ordering a piece of furniture would be impossible.



The store knew the sofa was broken before we even agreed to buy it. They could have fixed the situation by not putting broken merchandise on the sales floor. They could have also recorded all the necessary information to order the sofa. They also never apologized for the hassle they put us through.



Needless to say, we cannot recommend purchasing furniture from this company.
