I really wanted to like Georges, but unfortunately just too many of the dishes weren’t that tasty. At a very high price point, I have higher expectations that Georges did not meet. Of the 7 dishes we had , half of them were just not good. The first half unfortunately, was characterized by a lack of contrasting textures and a lack of balance in the dishes - many of them tended to be just bland.
The desserts were interesting in concept but perhaps lacking in execution. If I pay almost $125.00 per person at a French restaurant with no parking, I expect perfection and that was not the case.
Overall, our experience was just not that stunning, and probably my least impressive French food to date.
