Home owner that wanted to rent a boom lift to do house maintenance on story and 1/2 home. Older area of town, couldn't reach the window I needed to work on with ladder or scaffolding because of the roof dormers. Their knowledge and expertise got me safely to the second floor. Although it was expensive, I feel that my work was better than if I had hired it done, so I saved money in the long run. I was also able to remove some bad trim, put up new trim, and get it all painted. i have rented scaffolding from them too. It was in very good condition and the pricing was affordable. I do not recommend lift rentals to most homeowners, I have operated tractors and other equipment in the past, but if I felt that the equipment was in good condition and operated as it should, any professional should feel good about utilizing their equipment too. I hauled my own, so delivery wasn't an issue.

We rented a Sewer Snake from the Hutchinson Branch. It was very clean and operated well. The staff was very professional and offered great service. Highly recommended!

We rented a core drill bit for two concrete holes. One of the teeth snapped off right as we went through the concrete on the second hole. Upon inspection the core drill bit had two more cracked teeth. Clearly the core drill bit had been warn significantly. Upon returning it to high reach, we were informed we would have to pay for a new bit, despite the fact that it's cracking in several places. They told us they were giving us a "deal" because they were just charging us their cost.



Despite the fact there was in no way a misuse of the bit, we would have agreed to a percentage of the bit to help replace it, something reasonable around 20%. Unfortunately they were not interested in fairness or logic.



So we are paying them to buy a brand new bit, to rent out and profit from, and never using their services again.

Great pricing on aerial equipment. The equipment was very well maintained. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when I'm in Wichita.

High Reach had good prices, but when they brought out the equipment it died before it got off the truck. When I tried to get a service call they wanted to charge me for it. I would not recommend calling them.
