Provided by YP.comAbsolutely unbelievable, I called last week to rent a wheelchair accessible van. Was told it was reserved and I just needed to send a copy of my drivers license & insurance before our pick up. I tried to email a few times as I had the wrong email address, but I finally got through to day to verify the price because I thought it had been quoted wrong and I'm told they made a mistake and rented it to someone else because that person didn't check with the person who had rented it to me. Oh and I could rent one in LENEXA. hmmmm. Lenexa is right next door to Wichita right??
I've asked for a manager to call me, we will see how this turns out.
