We chose this company because it was affiliated with the hotel right downtown and our families were both traveling in from out of state. Every time I had to work with the wedding coordinator, Cindi, it was a horrible experience. They tote that you can customize your wedding menu to whatever you would like but when it came down to their kitchen cooking what we requested, it tasted horrible. So we just chose off of their pre-made menu. As far as decorating and things of that nature, every time we emailed Cindi it would take her WEEKS to get back to us and it got to the point where I had to email her and tell her what a horrible job she was doing and how much she was holding up the wedding planning process by not getting back to me. It really seems as if she either doesn't have enough experience to handle that much responsibility OR she just doesn't care about your wedding. Either reason is not acceptable and when we were three months away from the wedding I was done with her. Because everything had to go through her she made my wedding planning experience absolutely excruciating and I will never recommend anyone to use them for their wedding.
