I just recently got my second pedicure at Lux Nail Studio, and it will be my last at Lux. My nail technician wasn't friendly at all, and she didn't allow me to soak my feet at all before she started working on them. My "massage" was VERY short, and it consisted of her rubbing lotion into my legs and feet with no pressure at all. She applied an exfoliating scrub for about 5 seconds. She did a mediocre job painting my toes, and when she asked if I wanted a design, I pointed to my friend's toe and said I'd like one like hers but a little smaller. When she finished the design, she said, "I didn't do a good job." She didn?t offer to fix it, so I told her to take off the polish and paint it red again. I was SHOCKED that someone who doesn't know what they are doing or isn't good at it is allowed to do designs and that none of the other technicians offered to help. She finished the polish, and without applying any topcoat, she said "I'm sorry" and walked away. I will never go to Lux again.

I've gone a few times, very clean salon. I will not go back to any other salon after going here!!
