Provided by YP.comAfter sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, ordering my UNsweetened tea, driving up to the first window, paying, then waiting AGAIN to pick up my tea, the person THEN tells me they are OUT of unsweetened tea, would I care for something else?????? I told her I would have liked to have KNOWN that when I ordered over 15 minutes earlier!!!!! She calls a manager, and he returns with my money and says, ""my apologies, m'am" and I told him how long I had been waiting, and that the TWO people who had waited on me DIDN'T know they were out of tea, to which he responded VERY loudly, "MY APOLOGIES M'AM" VERY rude. That sure wasn't fast food OR good management!!!
