Wow! Incredibly rude! Both times we called we received 2 different gals and I couldn't believe how rude they were. We have paid every bill we have and were surprised we got this bill from a trash company we use to do business with. God for bid we ask any questions. I get it, you probably deal with rude customers but that gives you no right to be disrespectful, rude and very unprofessional. After we had paid our bill in full, I was called twice within 5 minutes couple days afterwards. They didn't leave a message, so I called back. I said that someone just tried to reach me and in a short quick matter of fact attitude I got the response of, "and how can I help you?". I didn't hear or understand who the lady was or what company she worked for so I asked who I was speaking with, her response, "I told you.... And then proceeded with her name. So I asked her why I would be called when I thought we resolved our matters. "Well I cannot guess at what your needing if I don't have your number or name". Because the gal that took our payment forgot to get information, and payment was made after our due date, I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to go on our credit report. In a very snotty attitude she said, "no it's not going to go on your credit report, plus we gave you 30 days to resolve this originally." I told her she was very rude and needs help on her customer service. She went on a rant and wouldn't let me speak. I run a business here in town. I will let every person & business owner I know about this company and the word of mouth will not be positive. I will NEVER have them handle any of my customer late payments. I understand collection agencies have to be tough to collect but when your are rude and nasty, I have ZERO tolerance! You deserve a negative score, but unfortunately I have to put 1 star.

If you are a collection client, be very careful using this outfit. Their tactics are quite possibly beyond those authorized by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and may very well find you in the middle of counter litigation.
