Ever since the new manager, this place is changed for the better! I love all of the floor plans ( I have lived here for 2 years and recently just transferred to a loft!) The maintenance staff is very courteous and quick to fix any problems. and the office staff are very friendly and proffessional! Definatley would reccommend living here to anyone wanting to live close to downtown and the riverside area!

UNBELIEVABLE the unprofessional mannerism shown by the apt. manager. Talks down to others (tenants and future renters). I have been in the service industry for much of my life and I have never met anyone so rude and mean spirited. She should not be in her position. She needs to be reminded that if it weren't for renters, she wouldn't be getting a paycheck. Someone needs to contact HER boss. Sad.

This place is a trap management sucks they change CONSTANTLY!! BUGS ARE A MAJOR THING HERE! Its like they are just moving in people and don't care. Residents always asking for smokes or loose change kinda creepy right?! walls and floors are thin can hear almost everything it has gotten better before they got this snotty no it all manger she will come into your apt with the pest man and snoop all around the apt looking for people that don't belong to gve a fair review yes here's less drug ppl gangs here but homeless n prostitutes are always wondering around. Found out THERE Is stia sexoffender LIVING HERE!!! Place it a dump living space is a joke itsd decent if u just want to quik move its cheap get what you pay for place
