Provided by YP.comI bought my car back in July of 2015. This was my first car purchase ever and had done all of my research on the car I was looking at prior to heading to the dealership.
Here are things that I have had replaced since buying the car:
1. New battery - car died 2 weeks following the purchase (I shrugged this off since it was such a minor fix and is expected when purchasing a used car, although I would have assumed that a "good" and "respected" dealership would have replaced this prior to selling to a potential customer)
2. New tires (another problem I shrugged off, but maybe shouldn't have)
3. New windshield/seal
So when deciding whether to purchase a car through Mike Steven's, or some other dealership in town, I hope that this review has made you think twice about (or confirmed) your decision. And in case you still feel obligated to buy your next car from Mike Stevens, then try shaving $1,500 off whatever you have in mind for miscellaneous repairs, undoubtedly, soon down the road.

Provided by YP.comGreat experience!! I bought a 2015 Passat last week and I couldn't be happier. Justin Holts and Chris Jonker are not only excellent salesmen, but they are friendly, accommodating, honest and very helpful. The day after I left the lot with my new car, I got a phone call ensuring I was pleased with my purchase. Today, I went back to finish one last piece of paperwork and was welcomed at the door by both of my salesmen with genuine smiles on their faces. Not only was I in and out of there without any delay, but I also received a complimentary car wash, massage and manicure! Did I mention that this was FREE?! :D Clearly, I've been very impressed. Needless to say, I had such a great experience and I would recommend this company/dealership to anyone and every one. Thanks again Chris and Justin!

Provided by YPmobileWorst experience ever! First they lied about their prices online. Then, lied about their fees. Then, lied about APR fees. Finally, last lie was about a refund check. Don't go! They will tell u anything to buy a car, anything. Don't believe their lies!

Provided by YPmobileI have owned three Volkswagens. Two I bought from Mike Stevens I bought my last one from another dealership because I did not want to deal with Mike Stevens Volkswagen. But I recently had to take my car in for a recall that only the dealership was authorized to fix and of course after about an hour or two from dropping it off they called me and told me my car needed work around the tune of $2000 from the thermostat to light bulbs for $73 not head lights but light bulbs, four bulbs for $73! they also said I need to replace my timing belt which was replaced last year I cannot stand going to this place honestly. I love volkswagen but really dread dealing with this place anytime there is a recall.

Provided by YP.comI visited Mike Steven VW only a week ago. I was lured in by the online price which is very misleading. My fault for not reading the fine print I guess. I purchased a 2007 Tundra, signed the paperwork, and went on my merry way. After traveling 2 hours home I noticed one of the tires was low. I took it to the tire shop only to discover that there was a plug on the inner tread way too close to the sidewall. The tire needed to be replaced. I called the dealership and was told we could get a new set of four Toyo Open Country H/T 10 ply tires on the 50/50 program. Not a bad deal. I arranged a time to drive the 2 hours back to the dealership and have the work done. Upon my arrival my salesman who arranged the deal was a no-show. I got 3 different stories detailing why he wasn't there. More concerning to me was the tires we agreed on weren't there either. They were ready to install a very cheap 4 ply tire instead. 5 hours later and after numerous conflicting stories about where my tires were, I was given a loaner car and told it would get fixed and delivered to me. Well it was delivered today and as I suspected they aren't the tires we discussed. They installed a much cheaper (and according to my research much lower rated) tire. I got hosed my Mike Steven VW. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Provided by YP.comI am not writing about a purchase. I went to Mike Steven VW to get my VW checked out. The lead tech told me what was wrong and tried to sell me other products. i politely declined. I knew what he told me about my car was not correct so I had it checked out by two local shops. Yes, I care that much about my car. Ends up the over $1,000 repair VW wanted to do was COMPLETELY unnecessary and it was fixed at an independent shop for $40. This shop will scam you like some big name lube shops. I recommend checking out local mechanic shops. Another reviewer commented about having a 0 star review. I would give Mike Steven VW 0 stars for service.

Provided by YP.comDon't waste your time. I saw a 2006 Saturn SUV listed on Autotrader for $6288 from them. In the pics of the car it showed $8999 on the window. Figured it was a marketing thing to show the price had been lowered. Test drove and then started discussion to purchase the car. When I stated that I say the car listed on Autotrader for the $6288 price they said that was what their cost was for the car. Nice bait and switch on the price. They wanted $8999 not the advertised price on Autotrader.

Provided by YP.comI would never wish anyone to buy any type of car here. I was tricked into buying a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville. It had a broken temp gauge to start with, and with much fighting they agreed to fix it. They had it for 3 days after I signed the papers. After I took delivery of the car it started to leak oil and transmission fluid all over my driveway, stall, misfire, and so on. I than brought it back in so I could use the 7 day cash back and get another car, but because I signed the papers 8 days ago they would not honor it, even though I only had the car for 3 or 4 days. I than fought and they agreed to fix the car 100%. I agreed, they than had the car for another 3 to 4 months before I was able to have my car that I was making payments on. After this I gave up on them fixing the car. I limped the car along so I could work, but it got to the point that it cant be driven. Now the car needs over $5,000 worth of work done to it to get it running! I now am without a car that I am still paying payments on. I have no way out of this and when brought to their attention they'll do nothing at all about it to do good on their word. Run away from this place, and if you want a VW; do yourself a favor and google other dealerships. You WILL lose your head doing business with this place.

Provided by YP.comMike Stevens Volkswagen is a great dealership with great cars. Everytime I have visited this dealership I was greeted with respect and a willingness to help me find the right car for me. They have great customer service and they were very helpful when it came to finding a good car. Volkswagen car are built with the highest quality and the salespeople showed an equal amount of quality which showed me they take pride and believe in their product. I would recommend to anyone that is the market for a car to make a stop at the Volkswagen dealership where you can find quality cars and are greeted with a great customer service staff that will help you with all your needs.

Provided by YP.comWish there was an option for ZERO stars... I am from Tulsa, OK and recently seen a car on the used car lot at Mike Steven Volkswagen and the price was right. However upon calling to inquire my phone call was take by a salesman named Todd well to start off he is unbelievably arrogant and very rude.... then come to find out the price they list their cars at on the internet is "their cost of the car" not what they are selling it for... WOW really?? never heard of this before so I called the General Manager whom confirmed that they just wanna throw out a number so we know what they have in the car.... thats laughable... do they think i believe they have $19982 invested in a car they are selling for $20999 I don't think so. I would stay away from this lot unless you like being "LIED" to or "Being Talked Down To" and laughed at. Heck I would have been willing to split the difference but apparently they are selling plenty of cars up there... Please warn evryone and keep your immediate family away from this lot. You can email me anytime to get all of the details of how we were treated. mrsoonerfan @ yahoo.com.
