A great attorney with friendly helpful staff. Being in tough times, Mrs. Milby is very reassuring & understanding of the situation.

Dana Milby was hired by me and my wife to help us with bankruptcy after being laid off. She is conceded and will not listen. She refused to sign off on property reaffirm. She would not even look into student loan forgiveness and we were eligible per us seeking another attorney. Then prior to our agreement she moved forward and had the bankruptcy discharged when not all of the paper work and other items had been addressed. This locked us into a bankruptcy that was not complete and she refused to fix the issue. She had NO problem cashing our payments to her!!!! Overall experience was a tragic experience and advise all people seeking council to stay away. The above is factual and i have paperwork to prove this rating.
