Pandora came out to remove viruses off our computer. they didn't mine driving all the way out to peck, ks. the techs also took the time to answer all my questions

The other week I had gotten a terrible virus that constantly closed everything I was working on, I had another tech look at it to no avail until I was directed to Pandora. They put my computer back to the way it was before and didnt even loose my files like the other guy I had talked to said I would. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pandora came to my apartment the same day I called them and set up my computer and DSL. Their tech went above and beyond and I could not be happier. Thank you for helping me on such a short notice!

I bought a complex printer/fax/copier/scanner, on and on and on... After attempting to connect three laptops to the wireless printer I was beyond frustrated. I finally called Jeremy at Pandora Computers. Jeremy with Pandora Computer was available at my convenience and per my schedule. Jeremy's expertise, knowledge, professionalism and downright efficient and prompt service was exactly what I needed. To add to all of that, it was after hours and Jeremy still showed up to my home under half an hour. I will not consider using anyone else but Pandora in the future. Customer service is what it is all about and Jeremy and Pandora delivered above and beyond!!
