Patties sold me a defective fridge and wouldn't stand behind their product. In december they sold me a fridge that they had to work on the same day as delivery. After having a repairman come out to look at it today, i was informed that patties sold me a fridge with a freon leak. I will NEVER return to patties for anything ever again!

After paying a $15 charge just to receive an estimate on my Digital Camera, I was called with a note for two words, "No Repair." I went in to at least get a diagnosis with the problem and could not be told anything substantive about what repairs would be needed for servicing. There was no estimate for the repair, and the serviceman informed us that we had not actually paid for a repair but as he put it a 'troubleshooting of the nature of the issue" which I already knew before going in. After going to several other electronics experts in town, no one else charged for estimates that they could not do and several expressed disappointment towards the service that Patti's has consistently given other customer's of theirs. I hope that they do not treat all of their customers with the same disrespect they showed us. Take my advice, DO NOT PAY for the estimates up front, and if you want to know the truth, you are better off sending your business elsewhere. Just to reburn a DVD was going to be $85. After taking it to two other repair services, I was able to get the same work done for $25. Poor customer service and a very poor experience.
