We ordered a large Hand Tossed 1/2 Super Supreme (no blk olives) 1/2 Meatlovers with extra sauce on pizza. Waitress asked if we would like an order of bread sticks. Ok, sure. The pizza took a while and when it arrived, I asked if we could cancel the bread sticks b/c we wanted them as an appetizer. The waitress said the breadsticks ALWAYS come WITH the pizza unless we request them to come first as an app. Huh? She said the pizza had black olives on it so they were remaking a medium Super Supreme. (Pizza was lacking sausage & beef and had no sauce hardly whatsoever) I hated the fact we had to eat our pizza on napkins b/c we didn't have plates. She said she told the manager about our issue. I told her not to worry about it. (Manager never came by) I normally do not complain at restaurants but I honestly think this place doesn't give a hoot. My mother-in-law lives right down the street from this location and I know she used to visit frequently. I called her afterwards and she said she doesn't go anymore. That the place has gone way down-hill. I know that when I worked for P.H. from 1988 - 1993, this would have never been tolerated. Back when people cared. Sad. I will never be back.

I give this a one star only because they do not have half stars so I rounded up. This is not a value deal. There is a tiny salad bar with more dressings than salad. There were several pizzas, but they were all the same. I would not recommend this for people who are looking for a value. You are better off ordering from the menu . I will not be returning to this store.
