I purchased the interior package although all I wanted was to have the seats shampooed. Everything else was a bonus. I asked about the process and they said they used an extractor after applying a cleanser. At best, they spot cleaned the seats. There were several spots where I could still see the watermarks caused by me on the seats. They missed a few spots vacuuming and cleaning the interior walls. Although they did actually clean some things as there was a layer of greasy film and dusty film on some areas. Their website is misleading. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau ( I searched) and they do not take credit cards (cash or check). They also drop you off at home in your own vehicle and pick you up in your vehicle so your car makes several trips. The only item I left in the car was a car seat for my little one and they left it outside all day because it was covered in dirt and sand. Finally it should be noted that this business goes by Professional Auto Detail and has a separate listing. If I had realized that ahead of time I would have avoided them. To be fair, the staff was friendly and courteous but I would have forgone the customer service for results.
