The manager, Eric Payne, is just that... a pain! This company fails to send out bills on time, their have been several months when they don't send them at all. You may go for 3 months without a bill! When you call to ask for a bill, they always have some excuse that they are having problems with their computers. You will also get a different story on what the problem is depending on who you talk to at the company. I have no clue how this company stays in business.
