Horrible Customer service!! The owner Ronnie, has no tact and their policy of not wanting to send out receipts of payment is ridiculous. The program to send receipts via email or text is practically free, do not belittle people that owe $51 for a medical bill and tell them that because it is a "debt" that they don't deserve a receipt. Classless!!
