Very pleasant experience from presentation to installation. Steve Leary was most helpful in presenting the products. He thoroughly covered all features and led us through the features and options, helping us with some recommendations for window styles. Most professional. The installation process and crew were equally professional. Gary and BJ were masters of their craft and completed the project in one 12 hour day without any compromise. True professionals. The products speak for themselves. Outstanding overall experience. Highly recommended! Thank you for all this.

We just had a great experience with Southard Corporation and Renewal by Andersen! They replaced seven windows in our home and I can't think of a project that has gone any smoother for us. Their reputation for quality is well known, but the personalities of all those involved were also top notch. It began with their salesman, Steve Leary, and extended all the way to the expert craftsmen on their install crew. We expected the installation of seven windows to take all day, but they wrapped the whole project up in four hours. That includes the time they spent cleaning up so that they left our home and property In show condition. We are very happy that we chose Southard Corporation and Renewal by Andersen. You can't go wrong with this team!

We just upgraded and finished the installation of 90% of our home's windows plus a large patio door. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Steve, our salesperson, worked with us constantly and made some recommendations for replacements that turned out awesome. The installers, BJ and Gary were amazing; installing everything in just two days! (Awesome since it was below freezing in the mornings). I don't believe the final results could have been surpassed by anyone. All of the members we worked, from the showroom through installation were very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Have had 4 separate installations of these products in 2 homes over the last 11 years, simply put, The best home improvement experience around. Installers were prompt, courteous, cleaned and efficient. Products are the absolute best. Have done windows as well as patio ( French doors).
