TERRIBLE place to live. The jail is right across the street. Bums everywhere. I came home to a bum passed out on my back porch one day. Drug addict losers live all around the place. Loud music at all times of the night. Everything in the apartment is old and near broken. All windows and doors let cold air in/out. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I moved into these apartments over the summer with a co-worker. Upon move in we already had a list of a few things that needed to be fixed/looked into that we gave to the management. Now, four months later, I have yet to see much inmprovement and several other things continue to go wrong. Cockroaches, leaking refridgerator/dishwasher, mold in one bathroom/closet, light fixtures not working, dangling light fixtures, mis-shaped front door (losing heat), leaking faucets, stained carpets, the list goes on. We have called the manager several times and she is either not helpful, or swears that our issues don't exist. Either I'm going crazy, or she's the worst manager I've ever heard of. Do not live here, it will become a HUGE regret.
