Don't know why when running a salon you wouldn't save room for walk ins especially over lunch hours or right after work and majorly on Fridays disapointing, this is the reason big names succeed the independents never focus on what is important and thats availability.

It is sad to say that people have so much spare time and hate to try and sabotage a local business through negative and fake, false reviews. We have worked really hard to build an amazing and open relationships with our real customers. We provide a service that you can usually tell if someone is unhappy or unsure about the end results. This is an amazing salon with wonderful customer service and very talented staff. If you look closely to the "bad" reviews, they are written by someone who made their account the same day, only left one bad review for this business, and have never reviewed anyone else. Seems fishy to me, maybe a jealous competitor or something? I felt like this needed to be said from someone who is a customer, and a REAL reviewer. Give Shear Voltage a try and leave an honest review of your experience.

I go in every three weeks to get a cut and beard trim. Since day 1 these ladies have invited me in and have been very professional yet personal with me at the same time. I feel very welcomed every time I come in and could not get a better cut elsewhere. I would highly recommend this place. They are booked out usually two weeks for a reason- quality service and quality work etc.

I have been going to Shear Voltage for many years. The stylists are welcoming and professional. They also are very knowledgable about current hair trends and products. I've never had a bad cut, color, or spray tan and have received numerous compliments on my hair. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

The stylist are genuine and listen to what you want! I get my hair, eyebrows, and spray tan done at Shear Voltage! They do a great job and aim to please! I even used them as my wedding stylists! There is no way I would go anywhere else!!

I have been going to this salon for years! The people are wonderful and always take great care of me each time. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place.

Went in for a quick trim and it took a long time. The women there were too busy talking to each other instead of waiting on customers.

The salon was dirty. The location is terrible. The girls that worked there are rude and loud. Very unprofessional!

I would like to first point out that the salon is in a terrible location. Not easy to get to and unless you told me there was a salon in the center I would of never known. I went in to get a estimate on a cut and color and a tall lady with dark hair (could of been a man or transgender hard to tell these days) was very short and rude to me. She acted like I was bothering her or something. And being that the salon was not busy at all you would think they would want the business. I only went to the salon because I saw on facebook they had pretty good reviews. I am thinking now the only reason is because friends and family are probably the only clients! Very disappointing!
